  Day 4 -- Monday Tweaked the brackets a bit and used my Bronco II power steering pump.... The pump that came with my 302 was bad. Installed the remote oil filter. I do not recommend the duff remote oil filter kit. It will leak. Spend the money and get the L&L unit. You'll thank yourself later. Hooked up the Duraspark. I had read that it will plug into your existing harness....sure enough it does! You'll still have to splice 1 or 2 wires. I can't remember which ones, but it's pretty self explanitory. I also completely tore apart the wiring harness and removed all the unused crap. Just about everything goes! Anything that goes to the computer can be removed. This really cleans up the engine compartment. |
