Driveline angles

Need some help. Hit a few piles today to check flex. I've still got the "revolver shackles" installed. They're coming off, they suck! My question is, when I got home, I noticed the u-joint retainer bolts on the rear end were bent from rubbing on the slip yoke. I set my caster angle at 17 degrees with about 4-5 inches of lift. If I remove the shackles, am I cured?? Here's a pic of my set up. Double cardon @ t-case.

i remember reading in one of my 4wheel mags that you want to have a both end's at a angle. the top look's good but the bottom should probabaly be at a lower angle (tilted downward).

I'm using the same thing you pictured. Don't know how it's gonna work though as I'm still building up the front. I do know that the full size Ford trucks has the same t-case end and came in different lengths.

I had to have a rear driveshaft made. Cost me 80 bucks. I just reused the stuff I had and they provided a longer tube. I got the fronts(have like 5 --different lengths) from the junkyard. I pulled them from different vehicles.
