Ok. I finished the tranny rebuild and got the bii all back together. All the tranny stuff went back in great! Had to replace battery cables to get it to start:/

The shifting is very loose. Loose in all gears. But dosent fall out of gear. I'm thinking I need to replace the bushing on the shifter? Or the spring on the inside of the tranny (FM145)

Dorve fine for the 50 miles to its new home. When I shut it off the cap blew on the radiator. I'm thinking because it drove for so long after not being started/driven for almost 2 months. Any other ideas on that? I'm gonna bleed the clutch again, its acting funny, abd the clutch and slave will be a year old this december, but I'm not ruling that out.

Any suggestions? Ill get some pics soon.

Call your local dealer. Mine found one for me for my FM145. I'll pick it up tomorrow.

Can someone post a picture. Sorry internets out at the new appt, so I'm on my phone. Ford had no clue what I was talking about like usual. Then tried to tell me that ford dosent make parts for the 87 anymore... So if I had a pic it would help. Thanks all.

Ford only sells it as an assembly. Includes the shift lever bushings and base. Mine was 72 bucks.
