it all depends on which 351 it bolts to
8-9" susp, 3" body lift, 39.5x16 TRXUS STS, 342 stroker, C6, NP205, D44HD mini spool-coil sprung, D60 limited slip, 4.88s

the 351W should work witha 302 but the 351C won't

Ok im not positive on the bolt patterns between the 351 C or W, but the c6 i have is from a 351M, and im pretty sure the trans is not in too great of condition, so i would have to go find a new one anyways. Oh well, ill see how it all goes

Then just try to find either another C6 that you know was bolted to a small block or a C4 that will bolt to the NP205 T-case that you have. A C4 will stand up to quite a bit of abuse.

the 351C has a small block bellhousing.......the 351M has a BB bellhousing.
71 Bronco - twin sticked, full width, 2" lift, wristed arm, lots of rust...

Why have I heard so many times that the 351C has a BB bell housing? So the Windsor and Cleveland have a small block bell housing and the 351M and everything bigger had the BB? Is it just that the 351C is a big block with a small block bell housing and people get confused.
