fuel pump
hey i have an 86 B2 with the 2.9L fuel injection. when the car is off and battery/fuel cutoff switch/fuel pump relay all unplugged i still have fuel coming out of the blue line from the tank. is this a bad fuel pump or something else. i could really use the help because i don't like my wife driving the car around with a fuel leak. thanks

Re: fuel pump
maybe there is a hole in the line and its gravity feeding out. where is the leak?

Re: fuel pump
well i figured out it was leaking because the fuel filter mounted on the frame was leaking. and when i took all the fuel lines off the blue one coming from the tank had fuel coming out pretty quickly. and like i said, i had the battery, the fuel pump relay, and the fuel cut off switch all unplugged. to me it just seemed like there shouldn't be fuel coming out of that line unless the truck was running but i may be wrong.
