You could check local yards for front ends but you would have to do a lot of calling. You also could go to car-part.com they have a national database of all the wrecking yards and you could find a frontend there. If 4:10's came stock in the rear then there has to be one for the front.
If you do put that rearend in you will have to change the spring mounts to the top of the axle and you will have to make your own shock mounts. You should check into the bolt pattern of your drive line. Mine was like 4 inches from bolt hole to bolt hole on the b2 drive line and the explorer drive line had like 4 1/2 inches so I had a new drive line made. 400 bucks! So check that before you start. A ranger rearend will bolt right no changes at all.

My 91 ex has 3:73's for the front and the rear end i got for my b2 had 3:73 in the front also. I think they also came with 3:23's? As for 4:10's if that was stock I belive those gears came in the sport models.

Anything will work with the corrct knowhow and the right tools. I think the main problem with the Full size bronco axels are going to be just that, they are full width and the suspension components will not line up you would have to do some serious fabrication on the frame to accomodate the front axle. I'm not sure but the EB axles should be the correct width to just fit in.
And on the 8th day God created beer.
