I finally burned up my 10 year old York so I got another and thought I would show how to change the clutch and do the "oil mod" so it does not pump so much case oil out in the air.

carefully pry out the seal, you will be reusing it

remove the woodruff key, cover plate bolts and plate

pull the rest of the assembly by removing the 4 bolts

thread in a bolt to press of the pulley, IIRC it's a 5/8-11

remove the clutch pulley, this can be tricky since it wants to turn so I tap the 1/2 wrench with a hammer to get it free

Ranger 5.o, needing another project like Rosie O'Donnell needs another M&M.
install the set screw as a plug and reassemble in reverse order, make sure to line up the woodruff key, when installed turn the clutch on to hold the pulley and do a final torque to the pulley bolt

cover the bearing to keep as much out as possible and tap it 10-30
