Rear driveshaft bolts

What size socket or wrench do I need to take the bolts out of the square flange on each end of the rear driveshaft and how hard are they to get out. THANKS FOR ANY HELP NICK

i believe they are a 13 mm 12 point ...maybe a 12mm 12 point. i know i had to borrow a socket for it :mad:

if you have the right tool, it's not hard. i changed my entire driveshaft in 10 minutes.

They are 12mm 12 point. Easy to take off.

just make sure you have your tires blocked so it dont roll away

I've also found that flange is usually stuck, so you may need a pry bar to pop it loose. You want to avoid hitting the yolk ears with a hammer.
