I would presume that if you plug in the wiring harness on the top front of the Tcase, and the bulbs are intact in the dash indicator that they would light up when you go to 4hi or 4lo.
You did plug the three wire harness in on the front of the Tcase?

I have a 90 Bronco I'm about ready to cart off to the boneyard. I'll have a look and see where the plug is, and goes to. Maybe you'll be lucky and it just plugs into the harness

There should be a plug on the fenderwell. It'll be a two pin plug. I don't remember the wire colors but they all seam to have this plug. It's just a matter of getting the short run of harness.
