hahaha so my friends and i got bored and decided to paint my 89 b2. Spray paint it. soooo 19 cans of spray paint later my red and gold b2 is now black. ill have pictures up soon.

on my 85 and 89 b2's both had glued AND screwed windows. i had to first unbolt them, then use a hunting knife to cut the seals. I cut back the interior body panels and im going to attempt to make removable windows. that would be awesome, and less work then making it a convertible. seeing as the b2's ...

has anyone heard of putting a 429 ci engine in a b2? or is that too radical? im having a hell of a time finding a 302 for my 2.9l swap, but i have a 429 sitting in my shed with 60k original miles :hmmm:

does the truck smoke at all? if plugs are fouling could be valve guides, allthough my bronco has shot valve guides and doesnt smoke at all now that i think about it haha. do the same cylinders foul or just random ones?

cork cork cork! + RTV = remedy for 2.8. use the rubbers on the 2.9's to keep the extra lube away :cool:

if you want to stick with a smaller engine, i would put a 2.9 in it opposed to a 2.8. the 2.9s are injected and ive beat mine to hell and back and she wont quick. im going to have to drive her to the junk yard :cool:

well its good to see youve nearly fixed it, i was going to say that the interior panels come out really easy, maybe 10-20 screws starting at the door trim. the whole side panel removes and gives you a great look at the insides of the sheet metal.
