Mine is a 89 with 4.10 locking factory.But they have had 4.10's since 80 I'm pretty sure.They just aren't very common.

lift coils

Have a 89 B2.Trying to decide if I should put 1 1/2" lift coils on the front.The right has sagged over the years and they need replacing.It has a 4.0 and a 3" body lift and 2 " lift blocks in the rear.I have 31x12.50 would like to maybe to 33's.Looking for opinions

Yep as long as you have all the wiring and throttle linkages and stuff it shouldn't be a problem.

I swapped a 4.0 into my 89 and kept the bII fuel pump and mine works perfect?Was it working before?And if so why did you change it?

I love my 4.0.Seems like twice the power.Just make sure you get all wiring,brackets and everything you think you WON'T need.Get everything you can get.Only thing I don't have going is my A/C.I guess I need to swap and get a condensor out of a explorer I guess.Does anyone know what I'll need to get?

Well now I'm confused lol.I guess there are alot of different ways to go.I guess maybe i'll try some ranger coil springs.If I use f-150 and they are to tall could I just heat them and let them drop just a little.Gotta do something soon tire starting to rub on passenger side.

So am I understanding right?Use 93 and up ranger 4x4 supercab springs?How about 4x4 Explorers?Or do I need to be using 4x2 stuff?
