You may want to check in to doing the Duraspark swap. Uses a different carb and eliminates much of the wiring issues.

They just screw on and off. Sometimes they're difficult and may be stripped out and glued back on.

You should want to change all the fluids after sitting that long anyway, if she starts let her run for a bit, if not see below. Injectors are probably bad after sitting. Check to see fuel pressure first, turn key on, listen for pump, Schrader valve for injectors by throttle body. See if fuel comes ...

Standard or Automatic? Standard probably need the shifter extension. As far as driveshafts, I'm not sure. My 84 rear driveshaft actually had about 2 inches of play in it( telescoping ). Best bet is to check with the manufacturer and search other threads.

Best bet is the salvage yard. Any 2.8 motor should have them. BII, Ranger, Mustang II.
