Hi Kelly, find your local u-pull it. There is a lot of these vehicles there.

The metering float sprung a leak and took on fuel which causes it to sink to the bottom of the fuel tank. Ford sells the new float u need.

You may have a cracked head. It's very common on the 2.8,2.9,3.0, and 4.0.
