Perfect Place for a CB Radio Antenna
This is what I developed for my CB radio antenna. If you don't have the tire carrier on anymore, like me, then this is for you! Easy to fab and very functional. I agree a dana 35 and an 8.8 would be an easy and great swap in for the axles. I know the 7.5 rear can take some what of the horse power and torque of the 302, but not for too long. Where exactly is it leaking from? Check the cooler lines and dipstick tube, their both on the right front side. There is a vent tube that goes over the top of the tranny then routes up to the bellhousing and down the left side. I dont think this is it though, it seems to be too high up for leaking ...

The pilot bearing is pressed into the flywheel. I am doing this right now too, I just went and got my flywheel resurfaced and now I am pressing in the bearing as I speak.
