1985 B2, the grill (not front end grill) thats right in front of the windshield. The wipers also come out of this grill. I have a leak. I cant take off this grill it is welded, the leak is pooling (very slowly) at the driver and passengers feet. What can I do? I have been told by one person that there is some spray froam that i can shoot it there.. but i cant get it there with the grill on. It there some product that has an extention tube like WD40 comes with?
"Project over view": Stripped interior, sand, grinded, and rustoliumed the rusty ceiling and floor spots. Tested all dash lights, replaced broken ones. Found clean looking gauge cluster cover, power cleans the removed dash (it turned back to its normal color! Blue.) Insulated the plastic interior paneling with egg faom matress (harder then hell to put back in, but i think it will be worthe it, quiet on the raod and worm in the winter) Ran wire for subwoofer, cb, light bar with 4 lights, amp, and a outlet in the back. Created a headliner using cardboard thin plyWood, egg foam matress, and bed sheet. (wasnt perfect but better then i expected and better then having nothing up there at all) Replaced the driver and passenger seats with explorer seats. Interior not completly back in but everything is ready to go in now. OUTSIDE, stripped the paint off the roof, stripped out the gutters re caulked, removed trim from around windshield, receiled windshield, stripped then painted ALL trim. Mounted swinging spare tire holder to save room inside. new hydrolic tail gate lifts (longer to lift gate about 5 inches higher). MACHANICLE: master brake cylinder replaced, brakes bled. Beefed up alternator. new smog pump. larger carborator, testing HHO system. replaced a SCREAMING pilot bearing.
I have lots more to do to make this hunting and off raod ready but its coming along.
Was cleaning out parents attic last week, we found home videos that hadnt been watched since a was about 13. I plopped one in and on it a found an 8 year old me talking about the bronco and how bad i wanted one because Bronco means 4x4 ( at least thats what i thought) I just thought it was cool, my first vehicle was a bronco2 an 88. I have never felt at home in any other vehicle since sadly that vehicle was totaled by a nissan extarra. I pulled the emblems off that bronco to keep the memory. this b2 that i am building will hopefully make me feel like i finally found home.

Re: LEAK!
There are drains on each end of the cowl, have to remove the front fenders to access them though. As for fixing the leak, remove the dash and patch the firewall
