Intermittent wipers

Ok, I have a question. I have a 1987 Bronco II, 2.9, 5sp. My bronco only has the regular windshield wiper switch -off, low and high speed. What I want is to have the intermittent option. Would this just be a matter of changing out the wiper switch with a wiper switch that has the intermittent option, or is there more to it, like changing the wiper motor as well?
Thanks!

gotta change your muti-function switch and there is a intermitten box that you plug in-line and you're set

Thanks for the info. I have been doing some research on the intermittent box needed, and from what I have found is that this part is about as rare as hens teeth, or exceedlingy expensive. The switch is readily available, both new and used from the junkyard, so this part of the puzzle is not a problem. The intermittent box, or the 'GOV ASY - W/S WPR' as it is called by Ford, is the sticking point. The Ford part number is E7TZ17C476B, and they want $256.82 for it! So, to make a long story short, will a intermittent box, or Ford wiper govenor delay, from another ford model work just as well?

I used one from an Escort and it worked so I'm guessing around the same year will work
