Hi. well if u no me i build my bronco 2 into a swamp buggie. i put a 9 inch rear end in the bronco to make it alittle easier on the motor but while at the mud hole i broke a rear drive shaft. the 9 inch ujoint it huge compared to the one on the end of the transfercase. i need to take the flange off the trans and replace it with a bigger one that will fit a bigger ujoint. i just cant seem to break the nut lose that holds the flange into the trans. its a 30MM and i tried to hit it with an impact but it didnt bust it lose. than i tried a breaker bar with a 7 foot pipe on it. nothing will break this thing lose. can anyone tell me any information on it weather it might be back words thread or what. i also notice that my tranny mount is very much not working lol. i need a new tranny mount but no one sells one. where can i get one for it. Its a 85 bronco 2 with 2.8 v6. any help plz. im open to everything. thank u.

Impact will get it loose just takes alot of air pressure we run 185 psi at the shop just use lots of pb blaster and hit it with an impact... If u take the transfer case off some shops will get it loose for little or nothin
