So i was looking through the previous posts and couldnt find anything so im gonna have to ask. My 88 dies after just a few mins of driving when its really hot out and refuses to start again for around an hour. It will turn over, sputter then die. When i give it more than a little gas while it starts to sputter it just dies out. Any ideas? thanks

if you do a search for in tank fuel pump there has been a lot. my 88 did the same thing and it was the in tank pump. the short hose that connects the pump to pipe swells and won't build pressure for the hi pressure pump
