fuel pump to use in 302 bII swap

what type of fuel pump works best for a 302 swap in a 85 bII thats not gunna break my wallet
well depends are you going with a carb or injection? and stock 302 or performance?
if it's carb witch im in the process of putting a performance carb in right now take out the pump in the frame the one in the tank if works is still usable then use a regulator with a fuel return on it back to the tank for the extra psi im still not sure if you need a pump on the block?
if injection get the stock parts from a junk yard for a f-150 with a 302 in it then again I guess with a stock carb engine you could use the stock carb pump
