Wireing harness question?

I'm trying to findout what these wires go to: (86 BII, 2.9)
I took the main harness out of the truck and split the tape to see where all the wire go.

#1 Empty
#2 Yellow/Red -> Oil pan Sensor -> #23 on the computer harness
#3 Black/White -> Fuseable Link 20 GA (Starter Solanoid) -> Yellow Fuseable link (Starter Silanoid) -> Green Silonoid on passenger side fender
#4 Plain Green -> #2 on Computer Harness
#5 Black/White -> Big Glob of black/white wires --> (1 goes to a vacume box on the pass side fender w/Big Black vacume hose) (2 go to the test terminals) (1 goes to #46 on the computer harness)
#6 White/Black --> (1 goes to the Transmission) (1 go to #30 on the Computer Harness)
What I need to know is what is the Green silonoid that is connected to the #3 wire?
Are the black/white wires of #5 grounds?
