84 bronco2 automatic tranny band adjustment

I was wondering if anyone knew the way to adjust the tranny bands on my 84 2.8l automatic its not down shifting to pull up hills has plenty of power before the hill but none as soon as I start up the hill. any help would be appreciated

Front band

Tighten 120in lbs back off 4 1/2 turns

Rear band

Tighten 120in lbs back off 3 turns

is this the same on the 90 BII with automatic tranny?

where are they located?
1990 Bronco II 4x4 2.9 auto
1999 Suzuki GSXR 750 (street & track - modded)
1997 Suzuki GSXR 600 (track only - modded)
