my friend has a 88 with a 2.9 and a code of 95 oc something about fuel pump secondary circuit fault can anyone tell me what this is in english??

use your manual to check the fuel pump relayes. if they are good then start checking the pumps. if you just turn the key to one and don't start it you should hear a humming comming from under the truck on the drivers side. that will indicate if the pump is working or not.
