bronco runs then dies*

ok, so heres my problem, I start it up and after only a few mintes or so it dies. I start it up agin and then it will do the same thing. I have driven a few places and it will stay running [most of the time] just runs kinda rough. Two days ago i went into town and it lost power and was floored at 50 mph. a minute after that it jus died and i coasted to a stop. Waited about 15 min and started right back up and drove home without any problems!!!

So far i have increased the idle speed so it stays running now, new plugs and new fuel filter

any suggestions will be greatly aprreciated,

Did it start doing this all at once? Check the fuel pressure.
