Can someone tell me how to remove the electric window motors? I believe the gear teeth must be stripped out as I can hear the motor run. but the window only works down on it's own and has to be helped back up. I unbolted the bracket mount on the bottom of the door but there is more I can't see and would appreciate someone who has done this giving me some suggestions. Thanks

You got the (i think 3)10mm nuts behind the door panel right?
