'85 hatch fit an '87

I got an '87 Bii eddie bauer, I was wondering if the hatch off a '85 would fit my truck. i dont really know anything about the '85 i saw it in the junk yard and its in pretty good shape, i want to put it on my trcuk cuz the glass part opens up by itself and it would be so much better for me to have that cuz the hatch being opened all the time gets old when im just trying to get something out of the back. I just need to know if they'll fit before i go and rip off the otehr hatch out of the junk yard
