Towing

I don't see anything my owner's manual about towing...weird. Anyone have any recommendations? The BII is an automatic. I'll be towing a small trailer with my motorcycle on it. It's a sportbike. No major hills or anything..just highway to the motorcycle track and back. I'm assuming the ball on the rear bumper is stock...but it has no identifying marks on it to tell me the size of it.
I just took the truck on it's first out of state trip this weekend. All highway to NJ. $52 to fill up on regular from an almost empty tank. 18.5 gallons. (Gas poured out everywhere once the gas got up the tube from the cap to the tank...I'm guessing the hose clamp is bad or something lol) But on a single tank, it got about 350-355 miles. I used cruise control 90% of the way and stayed between 55 and 65mph. It performed awesomely!! (even with the apparent exhaust leak around the manifold...loud tapping/clicking at take-off, but gets quiet the faster I go - but gets really loud if I go up-hill.)
