New to forum and BII's so please bear with me! Bought an 88' last night with 2.9 and the touch drive system. Guy I got it from converted from AT to a Std tranny. Tcase seems to go into 4x4 fine but wont go to 4 low. Would the tranny swap do this? Can I convert my Elec tcase to a Manual or do I just have to put a manual shift in? Hate the elec BS. Thanks!
I can't think of anything with the swap that would cause this. I don't think you can covert the tcase to manual, but it should be easy enough to find a manual case to swap in.
