what are the cheapest set of 15x8 wheels I can buy for my b2 that'll hold 33" tires.

If you want cheap, probably need to look for used in the classifieds (craigslist). 15x7 or 15x8 with a 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern. I went to buy a spare steel wheel awhile back and was about floored by the price for a basic black spoke steel wheel.
