thats a james duff bumper
http://www.jamesduff.com/ it doesn't show it for the broncoii any more but im pretty sure they still have it. i know the guy who owns the b2 you posted the pic of i'll ask him for ya!

also noticed a complete 6in" suspension lift and other goodies kit that they didn't list otherwise, pretty impressive
