Not for sure yet, but i may be driving up to lake michigan to view the 40ft racing sailboat that my dad just bought, that i am expected to refurbish...

if the trip works out the way i am planning, i will be up from the 3rd of december to the 7th. i will be driving my Bii unless i havent finished the transmission yet.

any suggestions as to what to do in the time im there? anything cool?
im not sure what town the marina is located, havent heard much about the boat yet except for its race history.

Im located in michigan, used to live on the west right of lake michigan. Depending where you'll be there's a fair amount to do...although its winter. If you head a bit north theres silver lake which is a bunch of dunes where ppl take their quads,b ikes, buggies, trucks, etc. Not sure on the yearly hours but its something to keep in mind. Theres a fair amount of tourist towns along the west side as well.
