anyone know a cheaper way then the spidertrax wheel adapters. my new front axel is 5x5.5 and i want to change the 8.8 i have in the rear to 5x5.5

EB 9in, F150 8.8 axels and shorten and respline or redrill you 8.8 axels to 5x5.5 if there is enough room

I got some 5x4.5 to 5x5.5 wheel adaptors off of ebay for $125

I have a set of adapters from 4.5 to 5.5 that I have not even thought about selling. How much are you looking at spending?
