2.8l ticking lifters

I'm looking at a 85 bronco II to buy. It has 130,000 miles and is in great condition but it sounds like ALL the lifters are ticking. It is pretty loud, is this normal or should I be concerned.

they are hydrolic

are you sure?? 2.9 are hyd and you can adjust them

pretty sure.. looked it up, both the 2.8L and 2.9L V6 engines are..
