Ranger cab on a BII

Post by B2FunFarm »

I Have 2 trail/mud buggy b2s and one of the cabs is about completely rusted out. I have a couple b2 shells in our slavage yard but we also have a few gen 1 ranger shells in our yard also. I was thinking of putting a ranger cab on my b2 and choping some bed sides down and basicly makeing an ultra stubby ranger. Also was going to trim about 4-5 inches off the front and rear frame to give just a little more wiggle room. what do you guys think should I do it. Oh and while I got the cab off I might as well put a 302 in it right :D Also if anyone has pictures of someone else doing this please let me see.

Thanks Ranger Dave. I think I am going to go with it and I think I am going to shorten the front and rear of the bed. The reason I am wanting to shorting the frame 4 inches front and rear is custom skid plates I am going to make and so my tires will hit the dirt/rock before the frame/body on extreme drops and climbs. Does anyone have picks of exoskeletons on B2s or Rangers? I am also looking into that. Just wanting to what the best way would be. thanks again
