Idling Problems

I have a 86 Bronc. I've been having problems with it idling. It runs great sometimes. sometimes it will run good for a 30 min. or for an 2hrs. Being that it is fuel injected I've changed both fuel pumps, o2 censor, checked throttle control=ok ICM=ok fuel regulator=ok. Pleas HELP!!!!!!!!!!

There is a regulator on the side of the intake that was clogged on mine and I cleaned it out and it ran great after that. I'd start there.
