explorer 4L swap question

hi, im looking to swap a 4L into my 87 bronco ii, and im wondering what t-case to use?

will the transfer case from the explorer work if im swaping in the motor and trans and using a 8.8 and a dana 35?
or what would be the best to use?

I would use as much of the explorer stuff as I could. Grab the drive shafts too.

im going to be getting a whole explorer so I w ill have all the parts i need.. I might even do a interior swap aswell.. depends on how bored i get lol..
The driveshaft i have now was custom made not sure how it was done but it it adjustable in size ..(I think)

hey guys new here i also have a 4L swap ? i have a 88 bronco 2 5 spd 4wd when the 2.9 goes id like to put a 4L as well as other upgrades like will the 4L bolt to the transmisson or do i have to do it all at once thanks wes

the 4.0 will bolt the the B2 trans, but its not as strong as the 4.0 tranny

i would not recommend using the b2 tranny.. find a explorer with the motor and trans like i did
