whats up guys. i'm from jacksonville, nc and my pops just gave me his 87 II the other day. i'm new to the bronco world. as it sits right now the engine is shot and the front suspension is rusting away. just looking for some easy and simple swaps that are out there for this rig. i'm not trying to go extreme. i just want to be able to drive it. thanks to all.

I would look for a junk bII for a parts rig and pull what you need out of it. Thats what i did but i would try to find one that ran half way decent rebuilds are flippin expensive ! Good luck with it :D. check out mine at http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3056508

If your looking for a cheap route, and you need an engine, I would look at junk yards for a 4.0L v6. Since you have to do a swap, it wouldnt hurt to make it worth the effort. For suspension, just find an old BII at a junk yard and take the essentials.
