Synthetic Winch LIne

It's time to replace my winch cable and I was thinking of using synthetic line. Does anyone have any experience with synthetic's or know were I can find some info on them? Also a good place to buy it. Thank you

I've used one before they are nice since you don't have to worry about the wire snagging in your hand but you have to watch out more carefully around rocks since they can cut pretty easily if they get snagged.
