explorer headers

i just posted about fuel lines, and forgot to ask has anyone used the explorer manifolds from a 5.0? i can get them off of ebay with shipping for about $40-50 where new headers are going to run me near $300. id rather sink my money else where if i can. i know about the plug wire problems, but i am more worried about how they clear the steering and frame, and i cannot remember if i heard correctly something about the explorer gt head bolt patterns being different?

i recommend manifolds off of a 289 for the conversion... better flow than 302 exhaust manifolds and they hug the engine a lot better so they fit great
