Who wants Phenolic spacers?????????????

I am in talks with a guy at a machine shop I just did some work for that is willing to cut the spacers for the 2.9 and 4.0 we are in the early stages of this need to line up all them duckies first once I have an idea of how many then he will decide wheather it is worth writing the program
Lets make this happen

hey onewyr, any idea how much these are going to cost / weigh? are you doing aluminum? is it going to be a smooth side inside the spacer, or one of the screw or grooved types?\

i am interested...

I don't think I would want one out of aluminum.
The reason is, a spacer helps isolate the upper plenum from the lower intake to help reduce the intake charge temperature. You do get a small torque increase in some applications but it basically moves the torque band slightly. So the best thing to use would be something that is a good thermal barrier and the best and cheapest is phenolic.
