Cold Start Idle Adjust?

I’m driving my’87 B2 more this fall than for the past few years, and a problem I’ve had is getting more annoying with the cold. This vehicle has always been a great starter, and fires up instantly. It just won’t stay running without a foot on the gas until it is well warmed-up. Which takes 5 minutes + in the cold.

I have NO vacuum leaks and I have already adjusted the throttle stop to an idle of about 1400 rpm (when warmed up), but it’s still not able to idle when cold. (O2 sensor still disconnected.)

Is there ANY idle mixture type adjustment or gizmo on these electronic TFI type engines? What can be done to improve cold/start-up idle?

As usual, any help appreciated!

The whole purpose of the IAB(idle air bypass) is to allow the computer to control the air flow at idle. I would start by looking there.
