I did a second 4.0 swap in my B2 and had some spare parts when I got a cool idea. I have an extra MAF and was thinking about making a dual cold air intake. Not sure how I would route it but basically it will just be two air pipes instead of one. I'm thining just splice some wires for the 2 MAF's and it should work. Anyone know if this would actually work?

You don't need dual Maf's to make a dual air cold intake. I don't think there is a way to make dual Maf' work together in this situation because of all the calibration required.

What you can do is mount your current Maf into the main air stream into the intake and mount it between he outlet where your dual inlets meet and the throttle body. That should work but it really won't improve anything!

To actually make a dual intake work you need to increase the pipe diameter over stock all the way from the intake to the inlets. This requires a larger throttle body, A larger MAF and internals to utilize all of the new found airflow.

I wasnt really looking for any kind of performance just an idea I ws throwing around. But I would probably never get around to doing it anyway. Always too busy.
