I have a well enough background in automotive repair, but this is the first 4x4 that I have had. I need to replace the front passenger wheel bearing on my B2 but I see all that hub stuff and wimp out. Is there any diagrams or anything out there? Haynes and Chilton repair manuals are no help at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Derek

I drew this when I replaced my bearings a few years ago ('87 B2 4WD AT). No guarantees to accuracy, but mine is still running.

P.S. I'm not sure how to post a large image, so you get what shows up.

My Haynes manual has a pretty good diagram. But with the one above you get the idea. If you take it slow and remember the order the parts come off, it wont be very difficult to reverse the order to intallation. Take it slow the first couple of times, and it will be second nature very soon.

Those diagrams are good enough for any work on that axel.
