Pull motor...then transfer case..tranny. Or vice-versa.

Since I'm pulling the whole drivetrain, should I work on the transfer case first, then tranny and pull the motor last? (The motors just about ready to come out).

Oh and, we have an "official" transmission jack at work I could borrow. Would it be a big help, or will my regular Lincoln floor jack be good enough?
