i took off 1" today to clear my slightly used and major rubbing 31's i plan on taking off another inch or 2 just to make it look a little better.

im wanting to get a set of fender flare things to smooth it out can i just make these at home with fiber glass or would it be in my best interest to buy them from somewhere im not to concerned about how they look as long as they are the same on both sides.

here are some before and after pics and i only got 1 fender cut today before i broke my cutting wheel and it was to late to get another one.
