i was at auto zone the other day and saw some coil spring spacers that keeps your coil sping from compressing as much (roughend handling a bit) and some drop brackets for leaf springs in rear costing about $25 total i believe for all i need for a 2" lift

i dont want to keep this as a perminate lift just to get the look and the ride feeling of being higher up in the air and just to see how well it handles on turns around here before i cough up a bunch of money on a lift and not like it

will this give me the same effect as a real lift?

also i jacked up the truck on the frame and sat it on jackstands letting the suspension hang and my front wheels were \\ // in the front but looked fine in the back will the coil spacers have this same effect or once under full weight on the ground will they return to normal

any help would be apreciated really wanting to lift it but dont wanna save and then be disapointed.

You saw these coil spacers at Auto Zone. If the spacer is rubber or poly. and it goes on top of the coil it will do the job and work kust fine. But don't ever use thoughs threaded spring extenders that they got, thoughs things are dangerous. If you do go with the spacers in the front your going to need to get an alignment to fix your new exessive camber angle.
And alignments aren't cheap.

The twin I-beam front suspension design is bad for tires because the camber angle is allways camnging as you bounce down the road.

these are the spring spacers and i wasent going to go far with em i just wanted to get the look and feel for it before i dished out several hundred for a good kit make sure i like it

Bad Idea don't waste your time. It will be hard to align it without the radius arm drop brackets.
