2.9 Fuel Lines

Post by Limited »

When I got my BII the fuel lines were a mess. I picked up a set of new fuel lines. I have all the clips. Now is it going to be a PITA to get these back on? I know its hard to get the clips off but what about on? Also should I pick up the plastic tool to get the old lines off or can I just cut the clamps off?

if you are talking about the plastic u-shaped connectors, I would just cut them off if you have new ones. They are easy to install. Just push them into the 2 small holes. It really shouldnt be too difficult. If you go all the way to the engine, you will need the EFI line tool to disconnect them.
