tow hooks and tire size

My brother just passed down to me his old 87 Bronco II. I need to put a front and rear tow hooks on to go four wheeling with him. Where would be the best location for the front and I think I'm ok with mounting the rear one on the step bumper next to the tow ball. And where could I get the right tow hook for the front. Second question he also gave me 30x9.5 tires off of his jeep. Could I mount these on my stock rims with no lift without any problems. Third question if I can't use these tires I have 205x75x15 on it now. How low can I go in tire pressure with these stock tires to go four wheeling? Thank you for any help in this matter.

Those tires are great for a stock b2. I ran that size tire for close to 8 years.

The tow hooks you can get at any offroad shop. I mounted mine on the bottom side of the frame using one of the predrilled holes in the frame.

I think I ran my 30x9.5x15 BFG A/Ts at around 12psi when wheeling. How low depends on many factors. 12 was the best I had found that I did not feel like the tire was going to pop a beed.
