The drift boat behind the EB ? Or maybe the nice home should have wheels and a trailer hitch ?
I'm only kidding, I want a TDI too, I have a friend at work with a brand new one, he swears by it, and he's the snot hanging Camero type, gold chains, mobile home, Joe Dirt hair doo, you know.

Those forigneres have infultrated everywhere LOL.
I agree with Rock... nice place.
You can't even find a TDI around here. If you are lucky enough to find one you have to be rich or work for the government to be able to afford one LOL! Seriously they are very scarce. A friend of mine works for a large Toyota dealership here in Indy. They have like 40 SUVs on their used car lot right now. They can't move them. Explorers are selling cheaper than dirt right now at the auto/dealer auctions.

Nobody, did property taxes go crazy in Skaget/Snohomish county this year ?
The Pierce County assessor must be smoking crack, my assessment went up $82,000.00 in one year! I now pay $7,600.00 in property taxes per year.

Holy ShugarHoneyIceTea. $7600 in propertaxes. Yikes. I'll stop complaining about my hike from $1600 to $1900 here.
That's just freakin wrong. They need to find some other way to generate income. That's corporal punishment for owing a home.

Yep, they did the same thing here. My tax assessment went up $60,000 last year.
Just a few days ago, there was a bit on the news about overvalued homes in Washington. Mount Vernon was #2 at 45% overvalued (incomes don't match the home values) Bellingham was #1 at like 54% or something. Freaking rediculous. And they are saying values will continue to climb in this area because homes here are still less than everywhere else.

sounds to me like they need to do something about the tax or the county is going to end up owning alot of homes.

They have bacically done that back in Kansas where I am origonally from. The town/county population has greatly declined over the last 10 years. The town I grew up in used to be a town of around 20,000. They began taxing the business heavily on their property and business pulled out and moved. The last census the town was down to 8,000 people. They continue to raise everyones taxes, and more and more people are leaving the area. Won't be long before it's just another run down Kansas Ghost Town. They can't see how they strangle the life out of communities when they do things like this.
