engine rebuild

Hey guys, I have been thinking about pulling my 2.8 and doing a rebuild because I have a lot of time this summer. I was wondering if anyone has a book or web site that teaches you about how to do a rebuild. I know a decent amount about engines but have never done a full rebuild myself. if you have any ideas on how i could get some instructions or at least tips on how to do (this specific engine or not) the process I would appreciate it. Thanks.
