Wrangler Springs

Has anybody tried to put coil springs from a stock TJ front end on a Bronco II? Do they fit? Do they provide any lift?
at least the driver side looks good

i used a set of springs from a 2001 f150 it gave me about 8 inches more if you want to go big just remember the drop down brackets i had to make custom all said and done springs/free from 4x shop brackets/ 6 hrs work and 50 in steel then 175 for alighnment then 250 for balanced front shaft 25 miles/tboned by dumptruck at least the driver side looks good now 4 inch on 88 b2
